I took a bag and some children’s scissors and went out into the autumn day to collect a variety of leaves berries, twigs and seeds. I used yellow paper for the image below and was quite pleased with the result – though the drawing is a little clumsy.
I found the shapes of leaves and mushrooms interesting to draw
There probably is not enough contrast between the mushrooms and the leaf in the drawing – maybe the leaf should be paler to push the mushrooms further forward?
