As I did the exercise I did get quite frustrated, as my drawing lacked the subtly, detail and technique of the picture example in the course file. However, the resulting yellow orange and grey image below was quite punchy and lively – I had worked quickly and hadn’t overthought it. The others images took longer and lacked energy.
